If you do not have an active account with existing orders under the email address to which you wish to transfer, please provide the following information:
— Screenshots of your last three payments
— A new email address to be linked to your account
Your request will be logged, and the relevant department will conduct a detailed verification. Upon successful confirmation of payment records, your email address will be updated accordingly. Once the review is complete, you will receive a confirmation of the successful email change to your new address.
If you already have an active account with existing orders under the desired email address, you can transfer your account by contacting our Customer Support chat.
In cases where fewer than three orders were placed, please provide as many payment screenshots as there were completed orders. Alternatively, screenshots of balance top-up payments may be submitted for verification.
