Resource access restrictions on static and mobile proxies

Access to certain categories of resources and ports is restricted on IPv4, IPv6, ISP and Mobile proxies. These restrictions follow our acceptable use policy and security requirements.

Access can be granted after verification

For these categories access is considered individually and granted after KYC verification via Sumsub:

  • banks and financial institutions

  • payment systems and money transfer services

  • cryptocurrency exchanges, wallets and exchange services

  • government portals of certain countries

  • selected classified ad platforms and marketplaces

  • selected messengers

Access is not granted

For these categories verification is not performed and access is not provided:

  • government resources of certain countries

  • traffic monetisation and traffic resale services

  • geolocation detection services

  • phishing and fraudulent resources

  • internal and private networks

  • websites of mobile operators in certain countries

  • non-standard network ports — only standard web ports are available

What to keep in mind

  • The set of restrictions depends on the proxy format.

  • The full list of restricted resources is not disclosed. We check a specific resource at your request.

  • Whether access can be granted depends on the verification result and the terms of your account.

How to check a specific resource

Contact our support chat and specify the resource and the proxy format. We will check it and let you know whether access can be granted and what is required for that. If access cannot be granted, we will help you choose a format where the resource works.
