How do I submit a replacement request?

You can request a proxy replacement by following the steps below:

Log in to your personal dashboard.

  1. Open the "My Orders" tab.

  2. Select the format of the purchased proxies in which you would like to request an IP replacement (except residential proxies).

  3. Choose the specific IP address or addresses you wish to replace.

  4. Click the icon, marked with the number 4 in the screenshot, to submit your replacement request.

  5. Choose the reason for your replacement request.

  6. Submit the request and wait for feedback from our team.

In case your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation message regarding the successful replacement of your IP address.
If your request is declined, you will receive a notification explaining the reason for the refusal.
