How to set up a proxy in Telegram on Android?

In the following sections, we offer a detailed, step-by-step guide to simplify the process of establishing a proxy in Telegram within mere minutes. Comprehensive instructions for this setup are provided below, including guidance on disabling Telegram proxies. In this example, we are using Socks5. 

1. In the settings, navigate to "Data and Storage”.

2. In the subsequent window, within the "Proxy" section, select "Proxy Settings".

3. Now, you should choose the "Use Proxy" option and also ensure the "Use proxy for calls" setting is enabled.

4. Select the SOCKS5 proxy. In the "Server" field, input the IP address from your proxy. In the "Port" field, specify the SOCKS5 port. Proceed by entering the username and password for your proxy server.
