How to set up a proxy for Telegram on Android
1. In the settings, navigate to "Data and Storage”.
2. In the subsequent window, within the "Proxy" section, select "Proxy Settings".
3. Now, you should choose the "Use Proxy" option and also ensure the "Use proxy for calls" setting is enabled.
4. Select the SOCKS5 proxy. In the "Server" field, input the IP address from your proxy. In the "Port" field, specify the SOCKS5 port. Proceed by entering the username and password for your proxy server.
Disabling proxy in Telegram on Android
1. Find the “Data and Storage” menu in the Telegram settings.
2. At the bottom, you will be able to see the “Proxy” menu, tap on the “Proxy Settings” button.
3. Turn off the use of the proxy server by tapping on the switch.
