When placing an order, a checkout window will appear with two steps: Entering your details and Completing the payment.
Note: VAT is a tax that is outside of our control and cannot be excluded from the payment. The tax amount depends on your actual location and is determined by the payment processor, which unfortunately we are unable to influence.
Entering your details
On the left side you will see the Order summary with the total amount including VAT.
After clicking Add VAT number, a form will appear with the following required fields:
VAT number — enter your VAT number
Company name — enter your registered company name
Street — your company's street address
Town/City — your city
State/County — your state or county
Country — your registered country
Once all fields are filled in, click the green Add VAT number button to apply it to your order.
Troubleshooting VAT Issues
Country not in the list: If your country is not available in the list when entering a VAT number, it means that VAT taxation is not applied in your country and therefore a VAT number does not exist for it.
VAT number not recognized: If your VAT number is not being recognized correctly, it may be due to an incorrect country selection. Make sure the country you select matches the country where your VAT number was issued.
Error during verification: If an error occurs, please verify your VAT number on the official VAT verification website. Alternatively, try adding your country code before the VAT number.
Completing the payment
Once your details are confirmed, you will proceed to the Payment step. You can pay using:
PayPal
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB) — enter your card number, name on card, expiration date, and CVV code
2. Click the green Pay button to complete your order.
Note: If you need to change your email, click the Change link at the bottom of the payment window as shown in the screenshot.
