To find your payment link, please follow the steps below.

Open your wallet or exchange. Go to the app or platform you used to send the payment. Look for a section called History, Transactions or Withdrawals.

Copy the TxID (transaction hash). Tap on the transaction. You'll see a long code labeled TxID, Transaction ID, or Tx Hash. Copy the entire string.

Go to the correct explorer. Open the explorer for your network. Paste your TxID into the search bar and press Enter.

Copy the link from your browser. Once the transaction page opens, copy the full URL from your browser's address bar. That's your payment confirmation link.

Send it to us. Share the link in the support chat. We will review the transaction and confirm your payment once it has been successfully verified.

Here are examples of payment confirmation links for different networks.

Bitcoin (BTC). Copy your 64-character TxID from the transaction details.

Ethereum (ETH). The Transaction Hash starts with <code>0x</code>. Both ETH and USDT ERC-20 use the same explorer.

TRON (TRX). The Transaction Hash has no <code>0x</code> prefix. TRX and USDT TRC-20 use different explorers.

BNB Smart Chain. The Transaction Hash starts with <code>0x</code>. All three coins use the same explorer.

Litecoin (LTC). Copy your TxID from the transaction details.

Solana (SOL). Copy the Transaction Signature — a long base58 string ((approximately 87–88 characters, without a <code>0x</code> prefix).

TON. Copy the Transaction Hash from your wallet details screen. Both use the same explorer.

Polygon (POL). The Transaction Hash starts with <code>0x</code>.

Avalanche (AVAX). The Transaction Hash starts with <code>0x</code>.

Arbitrum (ARB). The Transaction Hash starts with <code>0x</code>.
