To ensure auto-renewal works without your involvement, a payment method is linked to your account — this is where the funds are deducted from.
Steps to follow
In the menu on the left, open the "Balance" section.
Find the "Payment details" card.
Click "Payment method".
The "Payment details" card is the payment method for auto-renewals.
Add a payment method and confirm it.
How to know if a method is linked
If no method is linked, the card will state that a payment method for auto-renewal has not yet been added. Once linked, the method will appear there.
Please note. If there are insufficient funds on the card or a spending limit is set, the payment will not go through. It's more reliable to keep the amount on your balance: auto-renewal deducts from it without involving the bank.
