Below the section header, there are four tiles providing a quick overview of your proxy status. They show how many addresses are active, how many are nearing expiration, and where there are technical issues.
Where to Find the Tiles
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "IPv4".
"Orders" section and "IPv4" format in the left menu. 1 — "Orders" section · 2 — "IPv4"
What Each Tile Displays
Four status tiles above the table. 1 — "Active IP" · 2 — "Term ends IP" · 3 — "System error IP" · 4 — "Auto-renewal"
"Active IP" — how many proxies are currently active. The "Add IP" link leads to purchasing new ones.
"Term ends IP" — how many are nearing the end of their rental period. The "Renew" link opens the renewal page.
"System error IP" — proxies with a technical issue on our side. The "Show IP" link will display which ones.
"Auto-renewal" — how many have auto-renewal enabled. The "Show all" link will list them.
Status "Ends": Rental Period Ending
When there are 3 days left in the rental period, a number appears in the "Term ends IP" tile, and in the table, the status for these proxies changes to "Ends".
Rows with "Ends" status in the table.
"Active" — the proxy is working, and the rental period is in order.
"Ends" — the rental period is ending. The proxy is still working, but it's time to renew.
The date in the "Expires" column shows until when the proxy will remain active.
How to Quickly Renew
In the "Term ends IP" tile, there is a "Renew" link — it opens the renewal page directly for expiring proxies. Detailed renewal instructions are in the article How to Renew IPv4 Proxies.

Please note. After the rental period ends, the address is released and goes back into the general pool — it does not return automatically. There is no guarantee of getting the same IP back, but you can contact support: if the address is not taken by another client, we will try to return it. It's more reliable to renew in advance.
If the number in the "System error IP" tile is greater than zero, click "Show IP" to see the problematic addresses and contact support. This is an error on our side, and we prioritize such requests.
