What the Status Tiles Mean for ISP Mix

Below the section header, there are four tiles providing a quick overview of your package status. They show how many addresses are active, how many are nearing expiration, and where there are technical issues.

Where to Find the Tiles

  1. Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "ISP Mix".

What Each Tile Shows

Four status tiles above the table. 1 — "Active IP" · 2 — "Term ends IP" · 3 — "System error IP" · 4 — "Auto-renewal"

  • "Active IP" — how many addresses in the package are currently active. The "Add IP" link leads to purchase.

  • "Term ends IP" — how many are nearing the end of their rental period. The "Renew" link opens the renewal process.

  • "System error IP" — addresses with a technical issue on our side. The "Show IP" link will display which ones.

  • "Auto-renewal" — indicates whether the package auto-renewal is enabled.

Status "Ends": Expiration Approaching

When there are 3 days left until the rental period ends, a number appears in the "Term ends IP" tile, and the status of such proxies in the table changes to "Ends".

  • "Active" — the proxy is working, and the term is in order.

  • "Ends" — the term is nearing its end. The proxy is still working, but it is time to renew it.

The date in the "Expires" column shows until which date the proxy will remain active.

How to Quickly Proceed to Renewal

In the "Term ends IP" tile, there is a "Renew" link — it opens the renewal process directly for expiring addresses. Detailed instructions on how to renew the ISP Mix package are provided in the articleHow to Renew the ISP Mix Package.

Please note. After the term ends, the address is released and goes back into the general pool — it does not return automatically. There is no guarantee of getting a specific IP back, but you can contact support: as long as the address is not taken by another client, we will try to return it. It is more reliable to renew in advance.

If the number in the "System error IP" tile is greater than zero — click "Show IP" to see the problematic addresses and contact support. This is an error on our side, and such requests are prioritized.
