Instead of a file, you can get a link that provides a list of proxies. This is convenient when a program can retrieve the list from a URL.
How to get the link
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "ISP".

Check the desired proxies in the table.
Click the export button on the panel above the table.

Switch to the "Personal link" tab.
Select the link usage duration and click the update button next to the field.
Copy the link that appears.

When the duration expires, the link will stop working — you will need to generate a new one. This is done for security reasons: the link provides access to your credentials.
Important. Do not forward the link to outsiders. While it is active, the entire proxy list along with the login and password is visible through it.
