You can obtain a proxy list not only as a file but also via a link. This allows it to be automatically loaded into a program.
How to get the link
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "ISP Mix".

Stay on the "All" tab and check the desired addresses.
Click the export button with settings on the panel above the table.

Switch to the "Personal link" tab.
Select the link usage duration and click the update button next to the field.
Copy the link that appears.

When the duration expires, the link will stop working — you will need to generate a new one. This is done for security reasons: the link provides access to your credentials.
Important. Do not forward the link to outsiders. While it is active, the entire proxy list along with the login and password is visible through it.
