You can obtain a proxy list not only as a file but also via a link. This way, it can be automatically loaded into a program.
How to get the link
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "IPv4 Mix".

Stay on the "All" tab and check the boxes for the addresses you need.
Click the export button with settings on the panel above the table.

Switch to the "Personal link" tab.
Select the link usage duration and click the refresh button next to the field.
Copy the generated link.

When the duration expires, the link will stop working — you'll need to generate a new one. This is for security reasons: the link provides access to your data.
Important. Do not forward the link to strangers. While it is active, the entire proxy list along with the login and password is visible through it.
