Instead of a file, you can get a link that provides a list of proxies. This is convenient when a program can fetch the list from a URL.
How to get a link
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "IPv4".

Check the desired proxies in the table.
Click the export button on the panel above the table.

Switch to the "Personal link" tab.
Select the link usage duration and click the refresh button next to the field.
Copy the generated link.

When the duration expires, the link will stop working — you will need to generate a new one. This is done for security reasons: the link provides access to your proxies.
Important. Do not share the link with others. While it is active, the entire proxy list along with the login and password is visible through it.
