ISP proxies are static IP addresses issued by an internet provider but hosted on a server in a data center. For websites, such an address appears as a connection from a regular home user, but it operates at data center speed.
The address is dedicated: it belongs only to you, and there is no external activity on it. As long as you renew the lease, the address remains yours — you can use the same address for as long as you want.
How to connect to it
The proxy works with two protocols — HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, each on its own port: 50100 and 50101. You don't need to choose a protocol when ordering; both are available from day one.
You can connect in two ways: by login and password or by IP address through a whitelist. These are not mutually exclusive options — they work simultaneously. The login and password are the same for the entire account: the same for all your orders and all formats.

What you pay for
Payment is for the address itself and the rental period: the amount of traffic does not affect the cost. However, traffic is not unlimited: the load is limited by the Fair Usage Policy — by default, this is 100 simultaneous connections per address. Downtime insurance
For ISP, a free 100% Uptime option is available: if the server with your address stops responding, the address is automatically replaced, and no reconfiguration is needed. The option is included when placing an order or added to already purchased proxies upon request to support. More details — in the article Proxies with 100% Uptime.
What happens to the rental period
Three days before the rental ends, the proxy gets the status "Ends," and the number of them appears on the "Term ends IP" tile. You can renew manually or enable auto-renewal so that the addresses are not released. When renewing, the IP address remains the same; only the end date changes.
If a specific address does not suit you — for example, the geolocation is incorrect — you can submit a replacement request in your personal account.
