Proxies with 100% Uptime: How They Work and How to Connect

100% Uptime is an option that protects against server unavailability. If the server with your address stops responding, the address is automatically replaced: you continue working without needing to reconfigure anything.

The option is available for IPv4 and ISP formats. It is not available for IPv6, Mobile, Mix, and Resident proxies.

The option is free. You can enable it when placing an order or ask support to add it to proxies you have already purchased. You cannot enable or disable it yourself in the cabinet.

How to know if the option is enabled

For such proxies, a green shield icon appears next to the address in the "IP" column. Hover over it, and a tooltip will appear: '100% uptime enabled on this IP'.

How to find such proxies in the list

  1. Click on the filter icon in the header of the "IP" column.

  2. Enable the '100% uptime first' toggle — these proxies will move to the top of the list.

How to connect

Click on the login in the "Auth" column — the access card will open.

Access card: login, password, ports, and additional addresses.

  • "Login" — each proxy has its own, differing by the number at the end.

  • "Password" — common for the entire order.

  • "HTTPS/SOCKS" — ports 50100 and 50101.

  • Below are additional connection addresses with the country code, each with its own copy button.

The "Copy the connection string" button copies the entire connection string — no need to assemble it manually.

Which address to use

By default, connect using the address from the "IP" column — this is the main entry point. The additional addresses in the card are needed if the main one is unsuitable for some reason.

The entry address is just the connection point; the proxy itself remains in the purchased location. The further the entry is from you, the higher the latency, so it's best not to change it unless necessary.

How these accesses differ from regular ones

Proxies with 100% Uptime have their own login and password, not linked to account accesses.

  • Changing the login and password in the cabinet does not affect them — even if you select them along with other proxies.

  • Authorization by whitelist IPs does not work for them either — only login and password.

  • You cannot change these accesses yourself: if you need a reissue, contact support.

Please note. 100% Uptime protects against server unavailability. If the proxy blocks the target site, the option does not solve this — in such a case, contact support, and we will select a replacement IP or another format.
