The IPv4 Mix is renewed as a whole package: all addresses within have the same expiration date, and individual addresses cannot be renewed separately. The renewal form is located under the "Worldwide mix" tab — if you scroll the page and can't find it, you are likely on the "All" tab.
How to know when the term is ending
You don't need to go through the entire table. Addresses nearing expiration are marked with the status "Ends", and their count is shown in the "Term ends IP" tile. The "Renew" link in this tile directly opens the renewal.

How to renew the package
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "IPv4 Mix".

Switch to the "Worldwide mix" tab.

Check the box at the top of the table — it will select all addresses in the package at once.

Scroll down to the "Renewal form" block.
Select the renewal period and payment method.
If you have a coupon — click 'Have any coupons?'.
Click "Confirm" and complete the payment.

Please note. If the "Confirm" button is gray and it says 'To renew the proxy, please select the required IPs' — the addresses are not selected. Go back to the table and check the box at the top.
Terms and payment
The renewal period ranges from one week to twelve months. The longer the period, the lower the price.
You can pay from your balance, with a Visa/MasterCard, via PayPal, or with cryptocurrency. The "Your order" block shows the total cost of the package renewal.
