Exporting provides a list of your proxies in a file, so you don't have to manually rewrite the addresses.
How to export proxies to a file
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "IPv6".

Check the desired proxies in the table.
Click the export button on the panel above the table.

In the panel that opens, choose the file format and click "Export".

What formats are available
List of export templates.
"CSV" — a table that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
"TXT" — a simple text list suitable for most programs.
"Personal format" — your own line template if the program requires a specific format.
