Exporting provides a list of your addresses in a file, so you don't have to write them down manually.
How to export proxies to a file
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "IPv4 Mix".

Check the boxes for the addresses you need in the table.
Click the export button with settings on the panel above the table.

In the panel that opens, choose the file format and click "Export".

What formats are available
"CSV" — a table that opens in Excel or Google Sheets.
"TXT" — a simple text list suitable for most programs.
"Personal format" — your own line template if the program requires a specific format.
Export works on both tabs — "All" and "Worldwide mix".
