Some resources on our proxies are closed by default. Access to some of them can be opened after identity verification (KYC) — this article explains how it works.
Please note. Some resources are closed without the possibility of opening — verification for them is not conducted. To find out if the resource you need can be opened, check with support chat.
How to Start Verification
Write to support chat: specify the resource and describe in detail what you plan to do on it.
The application will be reviewed. After approval, the consultant will send you a personal verification link in the chat.
Follow the link and complete the verification.
Important. Verification is only valid through the link from support chat. KYC completed for a partner account is not suitable for unlocking resources.
How the Verification Process Works
The verification is conducted by the Sumsub service — Proxy-Seller does not store your documents. The entire verification takes a few minutes:
provide the email registered on our site and confirm it with the code from the email;
select your actual region and type of document;
photograph the document from both sides — the image must be clear;
complete the facial verification following the on-screen prompts — without glasses and accessories that hinder recognition.

Tips for Successful First-Time Verification
It's more convenient to complete the process using a phone with a camera.
Disable proxy and VPN before starting.
You need to agree to the verification process at the beginning — without consent, we cannot grant access.
Once the verification is complete, the consultant will grant you access to the resource.
