Most orders are issued automatically, so proxies usually arrive within a few minutes after payment confirmation. It is not necessary to wait for an email: as soon as the order is ready, it appears in your personal account.
Where the data will appear
The completed order arrives in two places at once — in the personal account in the "Orders" section and by email to the address specified during checkout. The data in the account is always up-to-date, so if the email did not arrive or got lost, refer to the account.
In the "Orders" section, select the format you purchased — the proxies will be in the table along with the ports and connection data.
What affects the delivery speed
Purpose of use. The "Intended use" field is mandatory when placing an order. If you choose an option from the suggestion list rather than writing text freely, the order is processed faster.
Automatic issuance. It is enabled by default, but for some email addresses, it is disabled — in that case, addresses are selected manually, which takes additional time.
Format and volume of the order. Large orders and rare locations may require a little more time to process.
If the proxies do not arrive within 30 minutes
Thirty minutes is the time after which waiting is no longer normal. Write to the support chat and provide the order number: we will check at which step it stopped and complete the issuance.
Before contacting, it makes sense to check two things: whether the payment has been made (the order will appear in the "Orders" section only after payment confirmation) and whether the email ended up in the spam folder.
Residential proxies are arranged differently
When purchasing Residential, you do not receive a list of addresses, but access to a pool and a paid volume of traffic.
