The top section of the "General" tab contains all the information about your traffic: how much you've purchased, how much you've used, how much is left, and until what date it is valid.
How to open
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "Resident".

What the numbers show
Block of plan, usage, and remaining traffic. 1 — "Bandwidth" · 2 — "Active until" · 3 — "Change tariff" · 4 — "Total used" · 5 — "Total remains" · 6 — "Add GB" · 7 — 0.03 GB
"Bandwidth" — the volume of your current plan.
"Active until" — the date until which the traffic is valid.
"Total remains" — how many gigabytes are left.
"Remaining reserve" — the remaining reserve: a small buffer beyond the plan.
Usage in the last 24 hours
"Total used" — how much has been used in 24 hours from the main volume.
"Reserve used" — how much has been used from the reserve in the same period.
The reserve is a small buffer of traffic beyond the plan. It starts being used when the main volume is depleted, preventing an immediate interruption of service.
The question mark next to the block's title opens an explanation.
Please note. If "Reserve used" is no longer zero, it means the main traffic is depleted and you're using the reserve. This is a signal to top up your volume.
Traffic validity period
The validity period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you use up your traffic earlier, purchase additional volume and continue working.
Please note. To avoid interruptions, top up your traffic in advance or enable auto-renewal. Renewal is available from 1 GB: unused traffic is preserved and remains valid for another 30 days along with the new purchase.
Purchase more traffic or change your plan
"Add GB" — adds volume to the current plan, with the same conditions and price.
"Change tariff" — switches to a different plan, with a different volume and price per gigabyte.
If you run out of traffic occasionally, purchase additional gigabytes. If you regularly hit the limit, it's more cost-effective to switch to a larger plan: the price per gigabyte is lower there. Daily usage is visible in the Statistic tab.
