When you have dozens of proxies, it's hard to navigate by addresses alone. Tags and comments help mark what each is used for.
How to Add a Tag and Comment
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "ISP".

Find the desired proxy in the table.
In the "Tag" column, click "Add tag" and enter a short label.
In the "Comment" column, click "Add comment" and write an explanation.

Entries are saved immediately; there is no separate save button.
Difference Between a Tag and a Comment
A tag is a short label for grouping. You can filter the table by tags.
A comment is free text for your reference: where the proxy is used, for which project.
You can include comments in exports by using %comment% — useful when the list is sent to a program along with notes.
