Rotation is the change of a mobile proxy's IP address. With regular formats, the address is assigned to you for the entire term, but with mobile proxies, it changes.
Where to find the rotation mode
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "Mobile".

Look at the "Rotation" column in the table.

Two modes
By timer — the address changes automatically at a set interval: 5 or 30 minutes. The interval is shown in the column, for example, "30 min".
By link — the address changes when you open a special link yourself. The column will say "Link". How this works is described in the article Link Rotation.
The rotation mode is chosen at the time of purchase. You cannot change it yourself in the cabinet — contact support.
