Rotation is the rule by which the IP address changes. In resident proxies, the address is not assigned to you: it is taken from a pool and changed to another according to the specified rule.
General setting for all lists
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "Resident".
Scroll down to the "Options" block.
In the "Rotation method" field, select the desired option.
Click "Apply" — without this, the setting will not be saved.

This setting applies to all proxy lists where the rotation field is set to "General".
What options are available
List of available rotation methods.
"Sticky" — the address stays with you for up to 24 hours.
"For each request" — a new address for each request: when opening a link or navigating to another page.
"Every 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 60 min." — the address changes at the selected interval.
"Custom input" — your own interval, from 1 to 3600 seconds.
Please note. The "Sticky" mode does not guarantee exactly 24 hours. The addresses belong to real users: if the device goes offline, the address will be replaced with another from the nearest region.
Custom rotation for a specific list
Each list can have its own rule. This is convenient when one project requires an address change for each request, and another requires a stable session.
In the "Proxy list" block, click on the list name — the card will expand.
In the "Rotation method" line, select an option and click "Apply" next to the field.

"General" — the list uses the general setting from the "Options" block.
Any other option — the list has its own rotation, and the general setting does not affect it.
Please note. Clicking "Apply" is mandatory: without it, the selected option will not be saved. This is the most common reason why the setting "did not apply".
