If a specific address in your package doesn't suit you, you can request a replacement. Simply submit a request in your personal account: you specify the reason, we check the address, and provide another one.
Replacement works at the level of individual addresses — you don't need to select the entire package. Mark only the addresses you want to change.
How to submit a request
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "IPv4 Mix".

Stay on the "All" tab and check the addresses you need.
On the panel above the table, click the button with two arrows.

Choose a reason from the list and click "Send a request".

Which reason to choose
"IP address is not working" — the address is not working.
"Slow speed" — slow speed.
"Incorrect IP location" — incorrect geolocation.
"I don't like this IP address" — the address is not suitable.
"Other reason" — other reason.
Indicate the reason honestly — it helps us determine what exactly needs to be checked. An incorrectly specified reason may lead to additional verification and delay the resolution of the request.
What happens next
We check the specified issue on our side. If it is confirmed, the replacement is made, and the previous address is moved to the "Replaced" tab — where the history of all replacements is stored. Keep this in mind when submitting a request: only confirmed issues are processed.
Please note. The number of replacements is limited: when purchasing for several months, one replacement per month is available. If more replacements are requested than allowed, some requests will be declined. Therefore, request a replacement only when the address truly does not work.
