In resident proxies, access credentials are set not for the account, but for each proxy list separately.
Steps to follow
Open the "Orders" section in the left menu and select "Resident".
Scroll down to the "Proxy list" block.
Click on the name of the desired list — the card will expand.
In the "Authorization" block, take the values for "Login" and "Password".

What else is in the card
"Location" — the geo for which the list is compiled.
"Ports" — how many ports are created in it.
"Export format" — the format in which the list is exported.
How to get the list of addresses
The copy icon in the list row places the list with all ports into the clipboard — in the format specified in the "Export format" field.
Please note. Each list has its own credentials: the login and password from one list will not work for another. This is the design of the section, not an error.
If you are working with allowed addresses, you won't need a login and password — just add your address in the "Whitelist IP" tab. How to do this is described in the article Whitelist IP: IP Authorization.
