Besides the button on the panel, you can enable auto-renewal specifically — using the pencil icon in the row of the desired proxy.
Please note. IPv6 are issued as a set per order. You can renew, replace, or enable auto-renewal only for the entire order — it's not possible for individual addresses.
How to enable using the pencil icon in the row
Open the "Orders" section in the menu on the left and select "IPv6".

Hover over the row of the desired proxy.
In the "Auto-renewal" column, click the pencil icon next to the value.
The pencil icon in the "Auto-renewal" column appears when you hover over the row.
Select the period and payment method, then confirm.
When and how it's more convenient
The pencil icon in the row enables auto-renewal for the entire order that includes this address.
The button on the panel is convenient when you need to enable it for many at once: check the boxes and click the circular arrow.
The "Auto-renewal" column shows the current status — "Off" or the selected period. This allows you to quickly check what's enabled and where.
