You can delete your account and all associated data yourself from the dashboard — no need to contact support.
Important. Deletion is irreversible: once confirmed, the account and all its data are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Steps to follow
Open the main page of the dashboard and scroll down the right column to the "Account" section — it is located below the "KYC" section.

Click "Delete" in the "Delete account" row — the "Delete account" panel will open.
"Delete account" panel: code field, consent checkbox, and "Confirm" button.
Click "Send code" — a confirmation code will be sent to your account's email.

Enter the code from the email into the "Enter confirm code" field.
Check the box to confirm that you understand all data will be erased.

Click "Confirm" — the account and data are deleted.
